The Real Gold Selvedge is a 12.5oz Japanese selvedge denim made from 99.6% cotton and .4% real gold. The 18k gold yarn is custom-developed and spun only for Naked & Famous Denim. The denim is woven on rattly vintage shuttle looms with short-slub yarns, yielding a gritty grain in the fabric and finished with the 18k gold selvedge ID. Cut, sewn, built in Canada with contrast stitching, a Natural Veg Tan with Gold Foil Emboss leather patch, and 24k gold-plated buttons and rivets. The Weird Guy is a standard tapered fit with a medium rise, a comfortable top block, and a taper from knee to hem.
