Returns

We do not offer refunds; however, you may return items for store credit (issued as a gift card) within 30 days of order fulfillment. Items must be in new, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition with original tags attached, free of damage caused by the customer.

Note: Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges online. Please return your order and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Tate + Yoko is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.

To make the return process easier, you can purchase a discounted return shipping label directly from us. For international returns, we will also provide the necessary customs documentation.

Note: APO/FPO addresses must ship returns through their local postal service.

Gift Card Issuance

Once your return is processed, you'll receive an email with a gift card code for the original purchase amount, minus shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

*Any items returned without following this process will not be accepted.*

  1. Visit the return request page linked below. Enter your order number and email associated with your order.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify your reason for the return.
  3. Eligible returns will be approved immediately. You will receive detailed instructions via email—please follow these carefully.

If you are returning an item due to a defect, it will undergo manual review. Please allow up to 2 business days for review. If you do not receive a timely response, contact our customer service.
