We do not offer refunds; items may be returned for store credit (in the form of a gift card) within 30 days of order fulfilment. Items must be in new condition with original tags, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and free from damages by the customer.
Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for store credit.
We are unable to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.
Shipping charges associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer. Tate + Yoko is not responsible for the loss of or damage returned goods.
Return shipping cost is a responsibility of the customer. You can purchase a return shipping label from us and benefit from our discounted shipping rates. In case of cross-border return, we will provide the necessary document along with the label as well.
APO / FPO address will need to ship returns though their local postal service.
Upon processing your return, you will receive a gift code in the form of an email for the original purchasing amount minus the shipping.
