We ship worldwide via FedEx. All domestic (North America) orders are shipped with FedEx except PO Box addresses, which are sent via Canada Post. Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). An email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Note that alterations can postpone shipments for up to 5 business days.
A signature is required for all packages.
Shipping is a flat rate of $5 for orders shipped within Canada, $10 to the United States, and $30 for the rest of the world. Shipping to Russia is $60.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, only store credit. To be eligible for store credit, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn & unwashed with tags still attached. Items that have been altered are final sale. This includes items that have been hemmed, leather patch swaps, or sleeve shortening.
Returns are accepted within 21 days of the order date. Store credit is valid for 365 days.
All sale items and altered items are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.
Any merchandise returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for shipping and customs charges associated with a return. Tate + Yoko is not responsible for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer.

Visa, MasterCard & American Express are accepted. Occasionally, we may require additional information to verify your identity. In this case we will contact you by e-mail or by telephone. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.

Lost & Damaged Items
If your package was lost or arrived damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order #, tracking # as well as brief description of the situation, along with photos of damages if applicable. We will then open an investigation and take further steps to resolve the problem.
